Death

Ms. Devonda Kay Furr, age 50, a resident of Cave City, Arkansas, died Thursday, July 9, 2015 at UAMS Medical Center in Little Rock, Arkansas. She was born March 12, 1965 in Nashville, Arkansas. She was a homemaker and a Christian. Ms. Furr was preceded in death by her parents, Doug Billings and Sharon Pennington. She is survived by three sons, Dustin Curry of Dierks, Arkansas, Douglas Furr, Chas Furr and his wife Brittany all of Cave City; grandmother, Mary Jo Billings and brother, Bryan Billings both of Centerpoint, Arkansas; one granddaughter, Melody Grace Furr and significant other, Jeff French; two nephews and three nieces. Funeral services for Ms. Furr will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, July 13, 2015 in the Wilkerson Funeral Home Chapel in Dierks with Bro. Bruce Short officiating. Burial will follow in the Galena Cemetery in Umpire, Arkansas. The family will receive friends from 4:00-6:00 p.m., Sunday, July 12, 2015 at the funeral home.
