Death
Miss Annie Belle Simmons died at 7:30 p.m. yesterday at her home near Rural Hall. Born in Forsyth County May 27, 1896, she was the daughter of James Alfred and Minnie Styers Simmons. She spent her entire life in Forsyth County. Surviving are her stepmother, Mrs. Fannie Simmons; one brother, Tommie; and a half brother, Sam, all of the home. Another half brother, Jessie, of Atlanta, Ga., also survives. The body will remain at Wall Funeral Home until 3 p.m. today, at which time it will be taken to the home. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. tomorrow at Rural Hall Baptist Church, which Miss Simmons attended. Rev. Paul Brunner and Rev. Guy Cain will officiate.
