Death

Fort Mill – Sarah Crump Fisher, 92, of Fort Mill, died Thursday, April 2, 2015. She was the daughter of the late Fred Lee and Bertie Hargett Crump. She was married to the late Marshall Fisher Sr. Survivors include two sons, Marshall Fisher Jr. of Spring Hill, Tenn., and William "Bill" Fisher of Wilmington, N.C.; and a daughter, Kathy Fisher Furr of Fort Mill; 13 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren. The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday, April 6, at Higher Ground Church, conducted by the Revs. Steve Jacks, Dewey Wise and Benny Green, with burial in Pineville City Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m., Sunday, April 5, at Higher Ground Church and other times at the home of Kathy and Bobby Furr, 10915 Caroline Acres. Memorials may be made to Higher Ground Church Senior Citizens, 8365 Possum Hollow Road, Indian Land, SC 29707. Wolfe Funeral Home is in charge.
