HAZLEHURST — Services for James Horace Furr, 93, are 1 p.m. today at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, Copiah County, with burial in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Jefferson County. He will lie in state at the church from 11:30 a.m. today until the service. He died Tuesday at home. Survivors include his wife, Annie Belle Furr, two sisters, Annie Mae Johnson Of Jackson and Gladys Buckner of Port Gibson; two nephews, Robert C. Perkins of Hazlehurst and Joseph R. Perkins of Jackson; and two nieces, Mrs. Paul Monefo of Huntsville, Ala., and Louvenia Roell of Jackson. He was a farmer and belonged to Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.Clarion-Ledger, Jackson, Mississippi, February 25, 1982
