Death
ALBEMARLE — Mrs. Ola Marguerite Peck Furr, 71, died Wednesday evening in a Charlotte hospital. Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 3 p.m. at the Lefler Funeral Chapel by the Rev. O L. Easter and the Rev. T. S. Hoffman. Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery. The body will remain at the funeral home where the family will receive friends tonight from 7 to 9. Mrs. Furr was born Sept. 21, 1898, in Cabarrus County, the daughter of the late C. Hoke and Mary Jane Fisher Peck. Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. George W. French of Charlotte and Mrs. E. M. Rowe of Falls Church, Va.The Salisbury Post, Salisbury, North Carolina, January 8, 1970
