Death
The obituary for Mrs. Louise Williams Nicholson was published in "The Gadsden Times"; newspaper; Gadsden, Etowah County, Alabama: Friday, March 21, 1975Mrs. Louise Williams Nicholson, 110 Argyle Cir., died yesterday at 9:30 p.m. at a local hospital. Survivors include daughter, Mrs. Betty Nicholson Carrell, Quincy, Fla.; son, Dr. Thomas Scott Nicholson, Lakeland, Fal.; sister, Miss Emily Williams, Lynchburg, Vir.; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Services will be tomorrow at 4 p.m. from Collier-Butler Chapel with the Rev. James Bland officiating. Burial will be in Forrest Cemetery. Pallbearers are James Swift, Dr. Scott Vance, W. Pope Smith, Howard Lee Ralls, Dr. Ragan Lonnergan, Morgan Rutenberg, Richard Rutenberg, Gordon Isbell, Dr. Orville Morgan, Jr., Howell Lee Hallmark. Mrs. Nicholson was a native of Virginia and a long time resident of Gadsden. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church and was the widow of the late Dr. L.B.Nicholson. The body will remain at Collier-Butler parlors through the hour of service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to favorite charity. The family will receive friends from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. this evening.
