Death
MYRTLE BEACH | Constance "Connie" Lee Furr, 50, was called to God, Friday, Oct. 24, 2003, at home. She was very caring and loving, and will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Born Oct. 6, 1953, in Salisbury, N.C., to Ruth Furr and the late Hoyle Furr. She worked in California for the aircraft industry before coming back south, settling in Myrtle Beach for the past 12 years. She operated her shop, Old Times Photo on Ocean Blvd. before Hugo hit in 1989. She then worked retail merchandizing. Her last long employments were in-home care giving. Survivors include her brother, Steve Furr; two sons, Michael Butler and Robert Winecoff; two grandsons, Adrian and Aaron Butler; and a niece, Ashley Maddox. A private family service was held. No local service is planned. Memorials may be made to the American Lung Association.Endnotes
