Death
AUBURN — Services will be held today at 2 P.M. in Vettestad and Sands Funeral Home for Mrs. Madora Hogue, 60, of Auburn, who died in her home Friday. Interment will follow in Auburn District Cemetery. Mrs. Hogue, a native of Arkansas, had lived in Auburn for 15 years. She was the wife of John Hogue of Auburn, mother of Mrs. Madeane Loftin of Watsonville, Deward Hogue of North Sacramento, and Milton Furr of Del Paso Heights; sister of Mrs. Carrie Search of Sacramento, Mrs. Goldie Leach of Los Angeles, and Otis Carson of Arkansas, She is also survived by seven grandchildren. Rev. Robert L. Ray of First Baptist Church, North Sacramento, will officiate.The Sacramento Union, Sacramento, California, May 11, 1954
