Death
Mrs. Ella McKinney Furr, 82, of 114 Mountainview Apartments, widow of Sam B. Furr, died Saturday at 1:15 p.m. in Cherokee County Memorial Hospital. A native of Cherokee County, she was the daughter of the late George and Mary Smith McKinney. Surviving are one daughter, Mable Moore of Blacksburg; one brother, Charlie McKinney of Gaffney: 15 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren.The Gaffney Ledger, Gaffney, South Carolina, August 8, 1983
