Death
Mrs. Maggie E. Furr, sister to Local Men Dies at Home in Ola. Mrs. Maggie E. Furr, 70, died Friday at her home in Ola. She was a member of the Assembly of God Church. She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Z. C. Waid of Michigan; two sons, Newton Furr of Ola and Silas Furr of Oklahoma; a sister, Mrs. Ruth McDonald of Nimrod; three brothers, Dee Hern, George Hern and A. B. Hern, all of Atkins, 19 grandchildren and 34 great grandchildren. Funeral service was held Sunday at the Plainview Assembly of God Chruch. Burial was in New Hope cemetery by Gardner Funeral Service of Russellville.Endnotes
