Death

BURKBURNETT — Clara Hamilton, 93, of 311 E. Sixth in Burkburnett died Monday in a Wichita Falls hospital. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Burkburnett Cemetery with the Rev. Johnny Dowell, pastor of Calvary Baptist Church, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Owens & Brumley Funeral Home of Burkburnett. Mrs. Hamilton was born May 26, 1900, in Adkins, Ark. She was a longtime Burkburnett resident before moving to San Jose, Calif. She returned to Burkburnett 15 months ago. She was a retired homemaker. Her husband, W.L. Hamilton, died in 1956. Survivors include a daughter, Billie Potts of Burkburnett; two grandchildren; and five great- grandchildren.
