Death
Everett M. Furr, an 86-year-old Powder Springs resident, died Friday. Visitation is set for Sunday from 5 to 8 p.m. at Bellamy Funeral Home, according to his obituary. Funeral Services are scheduled for Monday at 4 p.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Dennis Bellamy officiating. Interment will follow at Powder Springs Cemetery. Survivors include two daughters, Gail and Ronnie Wilkins of Dallas and Sheila Furr of Powder Springs; two sons, Michael Furr of Acworth and Larry and Beverly Furr of Powder Springs, one brother, Charles and Betty Furr of Centre, AL; five grandchildren; three step grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.Marietta Daily Journal, Marietta, Georgia, August 11, 2011
