Death
Nina Jean Furr, 85, of Conway, passed away Saturday (Oct. 11, 2003) at Conway Regional Medical Center. She was born April 14, 1918, in Polk County, to the late Bud Parsley and Clara Myrtle Workman Parsley. She was also preceded in death by her husband, George W. Furr. She was a retired LPN and a member of the Grace Baptist Church in Conway. Survivors include five children, Jean Stacy and husband, Benny of Conway, Carol Wilcox and husband, Paul of Greenbrier, Cat Wassler and husband, Dennis of Mayflower, Tommy Furr and wife, Barbara of Mayflower, Danny Furr and wife, Vicki of Kentucky; 20 grandchildren; 36 great grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren. Funeral services were Tuesday, Oct. 14, at Roller-McNutt Chapel in Conway with Bro. Eddie Flowers officiating. Burial was in Crestlawn Memorial Park. Pallbearers were Eugene Stacy, Rickey Stacy, Bobby Bryant, Joshua Bryant, Toby Furr, Destin Weaver, Bill Brown, Teddy Davis and Jay Baker. Honorary pallbearers were Jimmy Adams and Duane Riddle.Endnotes
