J. C. Nelson 54 of Russellville died of a heart attack, Thursday night, Dec 26, at his home. He was a son of the late Samuel Lee Nelson and Hattie Belle EUDY NELSON. He was a retired Army master sergeant, having served during World War II and Korean War, and was a member of the First Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
Survivors, include his wife, Mrs. Elizabeth Corzine Nelson; two sons, Bobby Joe and Bill Nelson of Russellville; a sister, Miss Beatrice Nelson of Russellville, and two grandchildren.
Funeral will be at 2 PM Saturday at the CP Church by Rev. Franklin Chesnut. Burial will be in Rest Haven Memorial Cemetery by Shinn and Son Funeral Service.
His tombstone has these dates: 22 Dec 1915 - 26 Dec 1968.

Miss Louwillie Mamie Nelson, 53, of Russellville died this morning in St. Mary's Hospital. She was born at Dover, Ark. and was member of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church. She was the daughter of the late Samuel L. Nelson and Hattie Eudy Nelson.
Survivors include one brother, J. C. Nelson of Russellville and one sister, Miss Beatrice Nelson of Russellville.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 4 PM from the Shinn and Son Chapel with the Rev. Jewell McKinney pastor of the Nazarine Church officiating. Burial will be in McFadden Cemetery at Dover by Shinn and Son. (No date on this and she has no marker in McFadden Cemetery.)

Miss Beatrice Ruth Nelson, 78, of Russellville died Monday, March 2 (1981)at St. Mary's Hospital. She was a retired legal secretary, and was a member of of Retail Clerk Wemen's Association, Book Review Club and Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include two nephews, Bob Nelson of Russellville and Bill Nelson of Hot Springs. Graveside service was today at Rest Haven Memorial Park by the Rev. Thomas Morris. (She was born 25 Sep 1902 died 02 Mar 1981.)

Death
Mrs. Sam NELSON, 54 years old, died at her home here early Sunday morning. Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at Dover at the Cumberland Presbyterian church, with Rev. K. I. Ingram, pastor of the Russellville CP church and Rev. John L. Boyd, pastor of the Russellville Associate Reformed Presbyterian church, in charge. Burial was in the McFadden cemetery, Dover in charge of the Shinn and Son Funeral directors of Russellville.Besides her husband, Mrs. Nelson is survived by two sons, Earl Nelson of Houston, Texas., and J. C. Nelson, member of the Russellville high school football squad; two daughters, Misses Beatrice and Mamie Nelson, Russellville; one sister, Mrs. Floyd Berry, and three brother, C. Y. EUDY, W. E. EUDY and Fred EUDY, all of Dover.
