Death
Charles Vernon Furr Sr., 64, a sales clerk, died Friday, Dec. 6, 2002, at a Mineral Wells hospital. Funeral: 10 a.m. Monday at Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Chapel. Mr. Furr was born Jan. 2, 1938, in Arlington, the son of Willie S. and Annie Furr. He was an employee at Furrs Building Materials for 36 years. Survivors: Children, Charles V. Furr Jr. and Kimberly Ann Carnley; grandchildren, Michael, and Shayla Furr and Brook and Josh Unerfusser; brother, Paul Furr; sisters, Louise Glossup and Beverly James; sister-in-law, Juanita Furr; and several nieces and nephews.The Star-Telegram, December 8, 2002
