Death
CONCORD. Mrs. Maggie Furr Goodman, 67, of 28 McGill Street, died in Cabarrus Memorial Hospital Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. Funeral arrangements are incomplete pending communication with several out-of-town members of the family. Born in Stanly County December 29, 1886, she was the daughter of the late Ephraim and Elizabeth Mann Furr. She had lived in Cabarrus County for a number of years and was a member of the Four Square Gospel Lighthouse. Surviving are five daughters, Mrs. Mary Knowles of Kannapolis, Mrs. R. W. Rabon, Mrs. Ranee Maulden and Mrs. Peggie Bullabough of Concord, Mrs. Annie Bragg of France; eight sons, Jack D., Lloyd H., Charlie E.; and Floyd Goodman of Concord, Robert L. Goodman of Maryland, Clyde E. Goodman of Tennessee. Alfred J. Goodman of Guam, and Fred L. Goodman of California: four brothers; five sisters; a number of grandchildren.Endnotes
