Death

Thomas Oren Metcalfe III, 59, died Tuesday, December 6, 2016. Visitation will be from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm at Breeland Funeral Home on Friday, December 9, 2016. Visitation will also be Saturday from 11:00 am until the 1:00 pm chapel service. Burial will be in the Canton Cemetery. A native of Canton, Tom was a 1975 graduate of Canton Academy. He attended The University of Southern Mississippi and graduated from Millsaps College. He was the owner of Industrial Steam Cleaners in Jackson and Southeast Powerwash in Madison. He loved target shooting and his cabin in the delta. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Oren Metcalfe, Jr. and Christine Metcalfe Carsley. Survivors include: wife, Lisa Lambert Metcalfe of Madison; son, James Thomas Metcalfe of Madison; step-daughter, Madeline Espinosa of Madison; sisters, Margaret Hassin (Danny) of Flowood and Rooney Davis (Warren) of Terry; and step-brother, Dr. Robert T. Carsley (Kris) of Oxford.
