Death

PICAYUNE — Services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Monday at Picayune Funeral Home Chapel for Cherry Jeanette Furr Fitzgerald, 75, of Picayune, who died Feb. 13, 1993, at L.O. Crosby Memorial Hospital in Picayune. The Revs. James Estes and N.C. Fitzgerald will officiate. Interment will be in Carnes Cemetery. Mrs. Fitzgerald was a native of Lumberton and was a homemaker. She was a member of Carnes Missionary Baptist Church. Survivors include four sons, N.C. Fitzgerald of Gulfport, H.M. Fitzgerald of Saucier, Jack B. Fitzgerald of Vancleave and Gerald W. Fitzgerald of Sand Hill; one daughter, Rita Tucei of Picayune; three sisters, Eula Dee Dickens and Ora Lee Olson of Theodore, Ala; and Bessie Hall of Fort Walton, Fla; 14 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from noon until 2 p.m. Monday at Picayune Funeral Home, which is in charge of arrangements.
