Death
WYNNE — Mrs. Lottie Bell Furr, 85, of Amarillo, Texas, formerly of Wynne and Memphis, widow of Rev. Willis C. Furr, died Wednesday at St. Anthony Hospital in Amarillo. Services will be at 11 a.m. today at McElroy United Methodist Church with burial in the church cemetery. Mr. Furr was pastor of Whitehaven Baptist Church for 27 years. She leaves three daughters, Mrs. Raymond Lumry of Canyon, Texas, Mrs. James Weddington and Mrs. Henry Sullivan, both of Wynne; and three brothers, Harry Beck of Jackson, Tenn., Melbane Beck of Pine Bluff and Frank Beck of Richmond, Calif.The Commercial Appeal, Memphis, Tennessee, November 9, 1984
