I also assume the mother was Ella Hawkins Mokler, because:
The 1900 Census shows that she had birthed 4 children and they were all alive; and,
At the time of the 1900 Census she was pregnant with Mamie; and,
The 1910 Census shows that she had birthed 6 children and only 5 were alive; and,
I know that the other 5 children were alive in 1910; therefore,
She gave birth to a child between 1901 and 1910, and that child died.
And there were no other Mokler families in Carroll County in 1900 and 1910.
