The date of the registration. Apparently, the ceremony occurred on April 11.

The initials of the bride and groom are engraved on the outer wall of the church, engraved in 1696.

Because Bergen did not have a resident minister, the custom of the time was to post banns in Bergen but go to New Amsterdam/York for the marriage. [pp. 555-6]
