Birth
The 1910 census says that Ida Bryant has 5 living children. Counting the listed children suggests that Nannie was the child of the previous wife, Virginia. Also, the short-lived 1896 child is explicitly attributed to Virginia in the records.The 1900 census states that George and Ida have been married for two years. (This may be a lie. Other evidence indicates that marriage did not occur until later.) The two youngest children are Annie, age 7, and Sarah, age 7/12. Ida states that she has one child, one living. I conclude that Sarah must be her first child, and that Annie is the last living child of Jennie.
