In the 1851 census, she is recorded as living with her parents in Toot Baldon.
During the quarter April-June 1865, she married James Buckingham, a stone mason, in Chipping Norton. The marriage resulted in six children: Ellen, Louise, Eliza, John, George, and Flossie.
The April 1871 census recorded the family living in Chipping Norton as did the 1891 census. The 1881 census reported the residence as Salford.
Fanny died during the quarter Oct-Dec 1891 in Chipping Norton.
