Birth
Phyllis notes that: "My birthdate (legally) is May 10, 1928, althoughthat was the date Mother went to the hospital. I didn't arrive until
May 14. When I questioned the State about changing, they said the red
tape would not be worth it and to use May 10 . . . "
Death
Richard had few details at this early date but reported that "congestive failure" or "an apparent heart attack" was the apparent cause of death. She had not been feeling well but her death was unexpected.Endnotes
