Clarence and Elsie were married by Rev. L.C. Bauer in Haskell OK "while on evangelistic tour"

Marriage

Elsie and Robert lived in PA after their marriage. After his death, Elsie returned to Kansas City KS where two of her children were living.

Occupation

She was an ordained minister in the Church of the Nazarene and shared the pastoral leadership with her husband Clarence. After his death, she continued as pastor of the New Brighton PA Church of the Nazarene alone for about a year and a half. "It was hard on her because she never had time to deal with her own grief over Daddy's death," her daughter Judy Dancy recalled.
