Terrence E Allen, 79
Age 79, a resident of Frankfort, Michigan and West Palm Beach, Florida, passed away suddenly on March 4, 2002 at his residence in West Palm Beach. Terrence was born in Canada. He volunteered to serve in the U.S. Army Air Force in India during the China Burma India Campaign during WWII. He was a member of the CBI Veterans Association. Terry worked after the war in the auto industry as a pattern maker retiring in 1983 from General Motors in Saginaw, Michigan. A master craftsman, he loved working on his cabin on Crystal Lake in Frankfort, Michigan where he resided each summer. Each winter, Terry was a resident of West Palm Beach, Florida. A member of St. Ann Catholic Church in Frankfort and St. Juliana Catholic Church in West Palm Beach.
Terry is survived by his wife, Mary Ann; daughter, Patricia K. Allen, West Palm Beach, Florida; son, Timothy J. (Kathryn) Allen, Dearborn, Michigan; 3 grandsons, Eric, Paul, and Mark Allen all of Dearborn, Michigan.
A Memorial Mass will be held today at St. Juliana Catholic Church on Thursday, March 7, 2002 at 10:00 AM with Reverend Brian King celebrant. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 1101 North Lake Destiny Rd., #415, Maitland, FL 32751.
