Father was Charles Francis Ducoin, b. Ill, age 22, at the time of the birth, a dredge operator. Mother was Clemmie Wilson, b. MO, age 21 at the time of the birth. The doctor had attended the mother when the child was born and was a Family Physician.
15 Sep 1942, Roger Lee Ducoin of Sebastian Co, AR made oath that the information in the document was accurate.
