S. M. Self died 19 March 1918, Lipan, Hood Co, TX from chronic bronchitis and senility. He was married. Born 19 Dec 1844 in Newton Co, AR; he was a farmer. Father, Nathan Self; mother - Ursula Burleson, both born in Alabama. Lucinda Self of Rt 1, Lipan, TX was the informant. Buried Bethel Cemetery, March 20th.
