CRESWELL - A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 22, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Creswell for Euline Smith of Creswell, who died Dec. 4 of age-related causes in Enumclaw, Wash. She was 85.
She was born Nov. 26, 1922, in Briggsville, Ark., to Charles and Thella Turner. She married Robert "Opal" Smith on Aug. 27, 1940. He died June 30, 1998.
She was a homemaker.
Survivors include a son, R.C. Smith of Enumclaw; a daughter, Margi Chapman of Bakersfield, Calif.; two sisters, Evelyn Perryman of Creswell and Charlene Gates of Houston; six grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
