FUNERAL SERVICES HELD FOR STUDENT
Funeral services were conducted at 2:30 o'clock Tuesday afternoon for Miss Naomi Wood, 19-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C. A. Wood, prominent Tahlequah merchant.
Miss Wood died suddenly at her home Monday after a short illness and her body was taken immediately to Muskogee where services were read in the Lescher Funeral Home. Burial was in the city cemetery.
Miss Wood was a graduate of Bagley High School and was a sophomore at Northeastern Teachers College at the time of her death.
She is survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Wood; six brothers, Vern, Joe, Jim & Cecil Wood, all of Tahlequah; P.D. Wood of Chelsea and N. B. Wood of Fort Smith, Ark.; and a sister, Mrs. James Mcachron, also of Fort Smith.
