Henry Marshall Womack died at St. Joseph's Hospital in Fort Worth, Tarrant Co, TX where he had been for 3 weeks. He died on 18 Dec 1964, of uremia, but due to carcinoma of the prostate which had metastisized to bone and lung. He was born 18 Dec 1869 in Mississippi and was 95 at death. His usual residence was 4308 Blankenship St in Wichita Falls, Wichita Co, TX and he was married. He had been a cattleman and rancher. His father was William A. Womack; his mother Elizabeth S. Thompson. Marshall Womack (probably his son) was the informant. He was buried Crestview Cemetery, Wichita Falls, TX
