There are two divorce dates for Otto and Deborah in the Texas Divorce Index. One is 16 Feb 1971, the second is 9 May 1975. Since he married Barbara Briggs in May of 1974, the first date must surely be the correct one.
Otto III also divorced from Barbara R [Schniebs] on 27 Jan 1982, in Dallas.

Interment will follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery.
Johnny was born on February 24, 1949, in Dallas, Texas, to the late Otto John Schniebs Jr. and Mabel Christine Lacey. Johnny grew up in Irving, Texas, and graduated from MacArthur High School in 1967.
After graduation, Johnny joined the United States Army and earned his Airborne Jump Wings and was stationed in Fort Dix, New Jersey, as well as Fort Benning, Georgia.
After the passing of his father, Johnny began working as a journeyman plumber for several years until finally beginning to work at Central Shipping and Distribution in the film industry. Johnny eventually retired from Central Shipping.
Johnny married Patricia Crayton in 1982. Over the next 35 years, they lived in Ennis, Irving, and Quinlan until finally returning home to Ennis in 2001.
Johnny was the most loving, caring, and selfless man and dedicated his retirement years to not only his wife but Lane Bulmer along with his numerous kids and grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
He loved to fish and would spend hours just "piddling" in the yard as he called it. Johnny, Patricia, and Lane shared the passion of working as well as participating in plays in the Ennis Public Theatre also. Johnny loved traveling with Patricia and Lane along with Diane Piekert but more than the traveling he enjoyed just being with them regardless of where they were.
Johnny's greatest accomplishment in life was that of a great caring man who was not only respected but loved by anyone who knew him. He was the type of man who never judged or held a grudge against anyone and always saw the best in people. Johnny not only saw the best in people but he brought the best out of anyone who was lucky enough to meet him.
He was preceded in death by the love of his life for over 35 years, Patricia Schniebs; as well as his son, Todd Forbes; and daughter, Tricia Forbes and Lane Bulmer.
Survivors include his daughters: Tracey McAda and her husband, James, of Rowlett, Tori Forbes, of Wylie, Elizabeth Paprocki and her husband, Stephen, of San Antonio, and Taryn Schniebs, of Rowlett; sons: Timothy and Trina Forbes, of Ennis, Trent Forbes, of Wylie, Johnny Dale and Courtney Schnieb, of Oklahoma, and Christopher Lee Schniebs, of San Antonio; grandkids: Tristan and Tisha Moore, Sean and Cheyenne Vidales Toal, Brianna Moore, Christa Pittman and her husband, Cameron, Taylor Forbes, Ryan Forbes, Todd and Brittany Forbes, Helen Forbes, Corrine Forbes, Violet Gillespie, Mason Fogarty, Matthew McAda, Olivia Gomez, Makayla Ruth Schniebs, Emma Rose Schniebs, Johnathan Benjamin Schniebs, Josiah Otis Schniebs, Judah Nathaniel Schniebs, David Gomez, and Anthony Graves; great-grandchildren: Tatum and Tanner Graves, and John Anthony Forbes; sister-In-law, Diane Peikert, of Irving; special friend, Melinda Kirven who was not just a neighbor but also family.
