Schniebs, age 36, born Ft. Smith Ark, a plumber. His mother was Lena Baker; she was age 34, born Athens, Texas. She was said to have had two children, both now living.

The marriage of Miss Mabel Christine Lacey and Otto John Schniebs Jr. was solemnized Saturday morning at the Holy Trinity Church, with the Rev. Austin F. Minogue officiating. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. M. Lacey, 3219 Maple, and the bridegroom is the son of Mrs. Otto J. Schniebs, 4103 Maple.
Mr. Lacey gave his daughter in marriage. She wore a gown of white slipper satin. The yoke of white marquisette was outlined with a bertha embroidered with seed pearls. The fitted bodice was accented with long fitted sleeves and the full gathered skirt extended into a train. Orange blossoms trimmed her lace cap, from which fell a finger-tip veil of English illusion. She carried a white orchid bouquet.
Miss Helen Lacey, sister of the bride, was maid of honor, and bridesmaids were Mrs. George Buzan and Miss Nell DeLoach of Langdale, Ala. Paul M. Schniebs was best man, and Ted smith and Mr. Buzan were groomsmen. Eric Kasrzynski, organist, and Miss Grace Dunn, soloist, gave the traditional wedding music.
A wedding reception at the Arlington, Lee Park, followed the ceremony. Mrs. emalou Haley was in charge of the 4-tiered wedding cake and Mrs. Mary Reeder presided at the bride's book.
After a honeymoon to Monterrey, Mexico, the newlyweds will live at 4027 Maple. For traveling Mrs. Schniebs chose a gray gabardine suite with navy-blue accessories.
The bride attended schools in Langdale and her husband is a former student of Crozier Technical High School.

Otto J. Schniebs Jr. was born 17 Apr 1926 and died 31 May 1969. He died in a two-car collision on Highway 174, 4 miles west of Blum, Hill County, Texas. His usual residence was Rt. 1, Morgan, Bosque Co, Texas. He was listed as married - no spouses name is provided on Texas Death Certificates of this era. Otto was an employee of General Dynamic Co. His fathers name was given as Otto J. Schniebs, mother's name not known - informant was his son Otto J. Schniebs III.
The body was removed to Dallas and he was buried Calvary Hill Cemetery.

Drowings Soar Death Toll
A headon crash in North Central Texas which killed six persons boosted the violent death toll over the Memorial Day weekend to 47 Saturday.
There were 27 deaths from traffic accidents reported. Hot weather lured Texans to the lakes and beaches where 18 drowned and two died in boating accidents....
A two-car crach o Texas 174, 14 miles south of Cleburne, killed six persons Saturday. Killed in one car was Otto Schneibs, 42, of Morgan, Tex.
Dying in the second car were William Donald Long, 40 of Fort Worth; his wife, sue, 35, their two daughters, Donna Sue, 13 and Anita, 6; and Debbie Lynn Morgan, 13, also of Fort Worth...
