Son James and daughter Betsey to have the plantation Robert now lives on and two other tracts adjoing - one on the west side adj John Moore and the heirs of Daniel Taylor dec'd, the other on the east side adj Rebecca Symonds and the widow Goodbar. They can divided it equally, James to have the part on which the house and building are on.
To son Andrew, my plantation known as Lawsons, adj Samuel Miller, my still, the brown mare and my rifle gun. When he comes of age, one Negro man named Lewis and bed and bed cloths.
To daughter Juley land of 52 acres on Brittons run, sorell horse, her saddle & bridle, bureau and her bed and bedcloths, two cows, $200. $100 to be paid by Betsey and James, each of them paying an equal share, the other $100 paid by Andrew in a reasonable time after he is of age
To daughter Sally $25 to be paid to her by my son James
To daughter Nancy Harper, $25 to be paid to her by my son Andrew
Personal estate not heretofore mentioned to be equally divided between daughters Betsey & Juley and sons James & Andrew. Daughter Juley her living on the plantation while she remains unmarried.
