Jewell Hall
Jewell May Hall, 99, of Purdy, died May 24 at Red Rose Inn in Cassville.
Mrs. Hall was born May 22, 1908, in Powell, the daughter of Milas and Margret Josephine Boles Jones. She was a homemaker and a member of the Baptist Church in Ridgeley.
She married Jimmie Rayburn Hall on September 27, 1932, in Cassville, and he preceded her in death January 22, 1995.
Survivors include three daughters, Margret Jones of Neosho, Barbara Norvell of Purdy, and Betty Haynes of Wheaton; one brother, Clayton Jones of Powell; six grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and six great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Lawrence and Leo; three sisters, Rosie, Juanita, and Susan; and four grandchildren.
Graveside services were 10 a.m. today, May 29, at Rocky Comfort Cemetery with Rev. George Gore officiating under the direction of McQueen Funeral Home of Wheaton.
