Bardstown 1st Presbyterian Church.
The death was listed (on FindAGrave) as 12 Nov 1848, but the church records list her death in two place as 7 Nov 1848. I attached one of them to her. The second place was a list of church members, and list her being dropped from membership for dying on 7 Nov 1848.
