Death info and exact birth date from "Illinois Deaths and Stillbirths, 1916-1947."

Middle name given as "Louis" on Regina's death certificate and as "Lewis" on his own. Not sure which is more correct. There is also some inconsistency among the different records as to whether his father was born in Scotland or in Ireland.
