Theresa Mary Beaudoin, age 83 of Athol, died March 5, 2004 at her home. She was born May 1, 1920 in Putnam, Connecticut to Louis and Clara (Boucher) Provost. She grew up in Pomfret, Connecticut and attended school there. On February 3, 1940 she married Gerard J. Beaudoin and they raised a family of four children. In 1955 they moved to California and Theresa worked for more than 20 years as the wardrobe mistress for many major television studios. Gerard retired in 1983 and the couple moved to Rexburg, Idaho. In 1989 they moved to Hayden to be closer to their children.
Theresa was a volunteer with the Kootenai Medical Center Ladies Auxiliary. She loved fishing and outdoor activities. She also enjoyed knitting, crocheting, gardening and playing cards.
She is survived by her husband, Gerard of Coeur d'Alene; son, Paul Beaudoin of Orange, CA; son and daughter-in-law, Leo and Lynda Beaudoin of Hayden; daughter and son-in-law, Paulette and Jim Williams of Athol and daughter, Elaine Bower of Boyne City, MI; sisters, Lillian, Lorraine, Claire, Aurore, and Jeanne and brothers, Larry and Lucien; 5 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother, Romeo.
Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, March 10, 2004 at St. Pius X Catholic Church in Coeur d'Alene. Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of North Idaho, 9493 N. Government Way, Hayden, ID 83835.
