Death
Evelyn Elsie Walker, 68, of Wilmington, formerly of Princeton, passed away suddenly on Thursday, September 14, 2017 at her residence.Evelyn was born on November 22, 1948 in Superior, West Virginia to the late Herbert Justice and Marjorie Smith Justice. Evelyn was a nurse for many years and was a member of Leland Church of God.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Janice Lee Justice and Josephine Colburn. She is survived by her daughter, Valarie Kovolski and husband, Michael, of Wilmington, NC; two grandchildren, Kyndra Reed and Bryce Reed; sister, Jewell Ware and husband, Nathan, of Kingsport, TN; brothers, Terry Justice and wife, Vicki, of San Augustine, TX, Jeff Justice and wife, Katrina, of Charleston, SC. Keith Justice and wife, Julie, of Spanishburg, WV; and a very special cousin, Brenda Beavers and husband, Billie, of Tazewell, VA. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, September 19, 2017 from the Burns Wornal Chapel of the Memorial Funeral Directory on Athens Road with Joyce Tedder officiating. Burial will follow in Monte Vista Park Cemetery, Bluefield. Friends may visit with the family from 1:00 P.M. until the service hour at the funeral home. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
