Chester, June 8---Miss Mozelle Kirkpatrick, a native and for many years a resident of the Bascomville community of Chester county died today at the house of her sister, Mrs. Thomas Carter at Cherryville, N. C., following an illness of some time. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday afternoon at 4 o'clock from the Richburg Methodist church, the Rev. J. H. Montgomery, officiating. She was a daughter of Mrs. Sallie Drennan Kirkpatrick and the late George Washing Kirkpatrick of the Bascomville community. Miss Kirkpatrick received her training at Pryor hospital at Chester and had practiced her profession in a number of places in South and North Carolina. She was a member of the Richburg Methodist Church. She is survived by her mother and by the following brothers and sister: Gaither Kirkpatrick, Fort Mill; Haskell Kirkpatrick, Great Falls; A. Neely Kirkpatrick, Chester and Dr. Luther Kirkpatrick, Black Mountain, N. C.; Mrs. Thomas Carter and Miss Elizabeth Kirkpatrick, Cherryville.
