Sanders, 70, of 122 Lancaster Street, Chester, died early Tuesday morning at the Chester County Hospital after an illness of several weeks. A native of Chester County, she was a daughter of the late John Sanders and Annie Kirkpatrick Sanders. She spent all her life in Chester County and was a member of Bethel Methodist Church and the United Daughters of the Confederacy. Miss Sanders is survived by one sister, Mrs. C. M. Wallace of Gastonia; four brothers, George A. Sanders of Ashland, Ala.; J. R. Sanders of Winston-Salem, and Joe H. Sanders and William K. Sanders, both of Chester. Funeral services will be conducted from the chapel of Baron's Funeral Home of Chester, at 3 p.m. Wednesday by her pastor, the Rev. Max H. Christopher, assisted by the Rev. Raymond L. Holyroyd. Interment will be in Union Cemetery at Richburg.
