Various issues of the Manchester Press (Manchester, Iowa) show that Edna was a school teacher from 1892 through 1897.

On Edna Cordel Saddler's [sp] death certificate the information given is that her father's name was Francis Hosier and mother was Mary Hendrickson.

From the Manchester Press, Manchester, Iowa, Thursday January 10, 1918, Page 1: Dies in South Dakota. With much sorrow Manchester friends of Mrs. Edna Hosier Sadler, formerly of Coffin's Grove township, learn of the death, which occurred suddenly at her home in Tulare, South Dakota, on January 8, 1918. No further particulars are available at this time. Mrs. Sadler was a neice of Mrs. Lemanda Schwager, who left for Tulare yesterday.
