Brownfield News, Brownfield, Texas, Wednesday, December 25, 1996, Page 2, Col. 2: Services for Arlie Moore Aycock, 83, of Lubbock were held Dec. 23 in the Sunset Church of Christ with Ken Jones and Bobby Beale officiating. Burial was in Tahoka Cemetery under the direction of White Funeral Home of Lubbock. Mrs. Aycock died Dec. 19 in Lubbock Methodist Hospital. She was born Aug. 13, 1913 in Clifton and was married to Orban F. Aycock on Aug. 15 in 1935 in Lubbock. He died on Jan. 21, 1979.

Mrs. Aycock moved to Lubbock from Tahoka in 1988. She was a member of the Church of Christ and was a homemaker. She was a member of the THEOS Support Group.

She is survived by one son--David Sr. of Lubbock; one daughter--Kalah Beale of Wolfforth; one stepdaughter--Kenda Collins of Lubbock; two brothers--J. C. Moore of Brownfield and George Moore of Rosewell, N.M. and three sisters--Leelah Swafford of Lubbock; Launa Holsembeck of Paint and La Fayne Calloway of Seminole. Mrs. Aycock is also survived by eight grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
