MASTERS--JoAnn Masters, age 80, passed away at home on Friday, March 30, 2012. She was born on September 18, 1931 in Cedar Falls, IA to the late Regis and I. Ema Harrington. JoAnn was a devout Catholic and set a great example for her children. She was an avid reader and was very active. She had many interests in life, but above all else, her family came first. She was blessed with a wonderful life and had the opportunity to see many things. She was a loving wife, caring mother and a good friend to all who knew her. She is preceded in death by her brother, Andrew Harrington. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Wayne; children, David (Barbara), Daniel (Najat), Kathleen (Louis) Borth, Alan (Karen), Brian (Eric); 11 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; brothers, Claire (Anna Mary) Harrington, and Regis Harrington; aunt, Jeanne Bauer; numerous nieces and nephews; and many special and wonderful friends.
