The Rev Walter Naff of Spokane 's Central Christian church officiated at the rite arranged by Strate Funeral home. Interment was at the Mondovi Cemetery . Alice C Showalter was born April 18, 1895, at Ashland , Neb. , coming to Washington as a girl. She was married Jan 26, 1929, in Spokane and the couple has since operated extensive farmland holdings in Lincoln County . In recent years, the Wilsons have lived at both their Mondovi farm and at Cooper-George apartment in Spokane where she died on Sept 4 after a long illness. She was a member of the Spokane Central Christian church and Mondovi Grange. Survivors include her husband, Dale Wilson, at home; and four cousins, Edith Reynolds, Spokane ; Hazel Defabaugh and Beatrice Vick, both Harrington; and Clyde Burge, Davenport . The casket bearers were Oswald A Heid, Wendell Dietrich, Ralph Clizer, Donald Clizer, Ted Zeimantz Jr and Elman Scharff. The singers were Mrs Clancy Jones and Welton Armfield of Spokane with Mrs John Green as organist." (Citizen: 9-12-1963)
