George Conca

Posted at findagrave.com: George W. Conca, 64, Brewster, formerly of Wenatchee, died Monday at his home after a short illness. He was born on Oct. 5, 1912, at Piasta, Iowa, and moved to Arizona as a young man. He married Peggy Magarrell on July 3, 1937, at Phoenix, Ariz. In 1941 they moved to Port Orchard where he was a carpenter in the Naval shipyards during World War II. In 1946 they moved to Wenatchee where he was building contractor. Since November, 1975, they have made their home at Brewster. Surviving are his wife, of the home; a daughter, Mrs. John Stow, Chelan; a sister Grace Turner, Osage, Iowa, and seven grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one son, Richard, in 1971.
