Forbes, N.D.---Services for Abner Hart, 84, retired farmer who had lived in the Forbes area most of his life, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Presbyterian Church in Ellendale.
Mr. Hart died Monday at the Ellendale Memorial Hospital. The Rev. Harry Hauser will be officiating clergyman and burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Aberdeen. In charge of arrangements is Holte Funeral Home, Ellendale.
Mr. Hart was born Sept. 14, 1883, in Kasson, Minn., and was married Aug. 9, 1905, at Lamoure. Survivors include his widow; seven sons, James, St. Helen's, Ore., Joseph and Leslie of Lead, Harding and Neal, Forbes, Everett, Aberdeen and Charles, Frederick; six daughters, Mrs. J. J. (Maud) Holsworth and Mrs. Arthur (Genevieve) Moore, Forbes, Mrs. Laurence (Florence) Austin, Billings, Mont., Mrs. H. V. (Jessie) Atkinson and Mrs. Charles (Ethel) Atkinson, Aberdeen, and Mrs. Carl (Evelyn) Rogers, Leola, S. D. There also are 66 grandchildren, 125 great-grandchildren and 15 great-great-grandchildren. Six sisters and two brothers preceded Mr. Hart in death.
