Frank Hayes Sr., of the New Hope section of Chester County, died Monday afternoon in Charlotte. Mr. Hayes was a native of Chester, son of the late Robert L. and Emma Wilkes Hayes. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Anne Pressley Hayes; two sons, R. Frank Hayes Jr., of Gaffney and Fields Hayes of Chester. Funeral plans are incomplete.
