From the Springfield Republican, Springfield, Mass., May 3, 1927: Child Psychologist Weds. Worcester, May 2--(AP) Dr. Edward [Edwin] A. Kirkpatrick, widely known child psychologist, educator and author and Miss Annis Kinsman, were married tonight at the home of Superior Court Judge Winfred H. Whiting. Rev. Dr. W. W. McLenn of Leominster officiated. Dr. Kirkpatrick is at present head of the department of psychology and supervisor of child study at Fitchburg State Normal school. Mrs. Kirkpatrick was formerly connected with the Worcester Public Library but more recently has been librarian in Detroit.

From the Fitchburg Sentinel newspaper April 6,1945, Mrs. Annis K. Kirkpatrick resigned from the Library Board because she is now a librarian at the District Library with the 5th Naval District, Norfolk, Virginia.
