Rev. Dr. Paul Edward Grimes, 74, of Rich Hill, MO, passed away Thursday, February 22, 2001, at Research Hospital in Kansas City, MO. Funeral services will be held 4 p.m. Sunday, February 25, at the Sheldon-Booth Chapel in Rich Hill. Private burial in Pleasant View Cemetery, Baxter Springs, KS on Monday. The family will receive friends 6:30-8 p.m. Saturday, February 24, at the Sheldon-Booth Chapel in Rich Hill. The family suggests memorial contributions to the Rev. Dr. Paul E. Grimes Memorial Fund, in care of the Sheldon-Booth Funeral Home, Box 42, Rich Hill, MO 64779. Rev. Grimes is survived by three sons, Wade Grimes, Elsberry, MO, Paul Wayne Grimes, Starkville, MS, and Marvin Lee Grimes, Austin, TX; two stepchildren, Mary Ann Bedwell, Kansas City, MO and Phil Morrison, Rich Hill, MO; three grandchildren; six stepgrandchildren; and one stepgreat-grandson.
